EXPLENDOR IP was founded in 2016 to provide Intellectual Property rights (IPRs) accumulation services and promote the development of IPRs.  We aim to assist small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) and startup companies to develop their own IPRs. We would like to share our experiences and work together with the Research and Development staff in the enterprises to lead them to create their own IPRs-added products which are internationally competitive. Our goal is to expand the protection scope of the IPRs of our clients in an efficient manner. We perform patent analysis to preliminarily evaluate the possible infringement risks during the client’s technology and product development period and work out proper design-around solutions, packaged IP filing portfolios, and/or cross-licensing agreements to keep the client’s business operation on a good track.
